Abby Houck

Abby’s journey into Yoga began as an attempt to heal the broken parts of her life, but quickly became what was used to heal her broken spirit. She was inspired to help others become whole after experiencing the profound physical, mental, and spiritual benefits provided during her own journey in overcoming debilitating disease and trauma.

A loving wife and mother of five children, Abby loves to surf, swim, read, travel, and to spend time with her family. She has a bachelors degree in Nutrition/ Public Communication, post grad work in Clinical Whole Foods Nutrition, and certified in Yoga.
