Christina’s yoga journey started in Boston, MA in 2015. She instantly fell in love with the grounding feeling she was left with after the class. During the pandemic, daily at-home yoga practice blossomed into a crucial part of her routine. After the events of 2020, the yoga mat offered stability, poise, and grace in a difficult time of transition.

When life started to return to normal and the lockdown was lifted, Christina started taking classes consistently at Manipura Power Yoga. Regular yoga practice helped her find herself again. She was moved and inspired by many of the instructors there and decided to pursue yoga training with the intent of passing that transformative feeling along- inspiring others and helping them to achieve peace. Christina studied the Baptiste sequence and completed her RYT-200 in October of 2022.

Christina lived in Connecticut for most of her life. She visited the Western Slope for the first time in Summer of 2021 and was enamored by the mountains and the Colorado National Monument. After returning home to CT, she quickly realized her soul was being called back. Christina took a two-week road trip to move to Grand Junction in November of 2022 and is honored to be a part of the Half Moon family.
