Half Moon Power 1
This is an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa Yoga. This is a foundation building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate but intuitive pace.
Half Moon Power 2
This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. Set to an energizing playlist, you will turn stress into sweat.
This powerful class is a fusion of yoga and creative movement and expression. No two classes are the same and every week you can expect a practice that is continuously evolving and shifting. Strength, balance and flexibility will be addressed and apart from the physical/asana there will be a deep emphasis on the subtle layers of your being and life.
Yin yoga is a passive style of yoga that uses long held stretches to target connective tissue. This promotes flexibility, circulation and joint health in the body. It also helps to calm the mind. By bringing attention and awareness to the sensations we feel, we are practicing meditation. That focus drips into all parts of life. Yin yoga is a great way to heal from injury and avoid new ones. Its also just a nice way to relax and be with yourself for a short time.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". Vinyasa Yoga is a series of asanas (poses) that will guide the student into the natural power of inhaling and exhaling. While participating in challenging movement, reaching beyond comfort zones, and “flowing” from one asana into another, students will enjoy an emphasis on the meditative quality of yoga by redirection of attention to the breath. This assists in re-establishing our natural state of “living-in-the-moment”.
Benefits of Power Vinyasa Flow include endurance and strength training, which also contributes to a light to moderate cardio work-out. Other benefits are the cultivation of stability and balance as students are instructed to engage uddiyana bandha (core lock) & mula bandha (root lock) throughout the practice.

One hour practice synchronized breath and movements. Based on Ashtanga, come prepared to sweat.
