Half Moon Power 1

This is an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa Yoga. This is a foundation building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate but intuitive pace.

Half moon Power 2

This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. Set to an energizing playlist, you will turn stress into sweat.

Soulful Sunday

This powerful class is a fusion of yoga and creative movement and expression. No two classes are the same and every week you can expect a practice that is continuously evolving and shifting. Strength, balance and flexibility will be addressed and apart from the physical/asana there will be a deep emphasis on the subtle layers of your being and life.

Baptiste JIP

Connect breath to movement with this dynamic sequence of postures, inspired by Baron Baptiste’s “Journey Into Power.” Performed in a precise order designed to stimulate your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility and overall vitality. This class is energizing, fun and inspirational. You will tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a passive style of yoga that uses long held stretches to target connective tissue.  This promotes flexibility, circulation and joint health in the body. It also helps to calm the mind.  By bringing attention and awareness to the sensations we feel, we are practicing meditation.  That focus drips into all parts of life. Yin yoga is a great way to heal from injury and avoid new ones. Its also just a nice way to relax and be with yourself for a short time.
