How often should I practice?

​For good results, three times a week. For life-changing results, five to six.

 

Should I practice if I’m pregnant?

No student should practice heated power yoga pregnant without first consulting with their physician.

 

What do I need to bring to class?

​Half Moon wants your first Yoga experience to be amazing and safe. We provide mats and clean Yogi Toes so you will have a slip free environment. Having a good grip with your feet helps you feel grounded but also keeps you safe. Water bottles as well as a filtered, cool hydration station are available to stay quenched. All of these amenities are complimentary, we care about changing lives.

 

Why should I reserve a spot online?

Reserving a spot keeps you accountable. Don't worry we NEVER charge for a late cancel we are just happy you are doing Yoga.

Do I need the mindbody app to check-in for class?

No, you do not need the mindbody app. Someone will always be at the front desk ready to check you in if you don't want to download the app. However, if you are tech-savvy and want to save time when you arrive, you can download the app here!​

What should I wear?

Clothes that you feel comfortable sweating in and moving in. 

 

Should I eat before I practice?

Practice is best on an empty stomach. If you are up one and half hours before your practice a light snack and lots of water are recommended.

 

Anything else I should know?

Bring your WHOLE self here to Half Moon. We are about community so talking is welcome before and after classes. If you want to chill out instead of connect that is cool too.
