Linda Andrews
Linda was first drawn to yoga in 2017, seeking more than just physical movement — she was looking for a deeper connection to self, spirit, and purpose. That journey led her to Bali, where the island’s sacred energy and healing traditions left a lasting imprint on her soul.
As a nurse and devoted mother of two beautiful daughters, Linda weaves compassion, intuition, and nurturing energy into every part of her life and yoga teaching. A world traveler and lifelong seeker of joy, she sees yoga as a path to inner stillness, heart expansion, and remembering the wholeness within each of us.
After completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training, she felt called to hold space for others to heal, grow, and reconnect to themselves through yoga. Though originally from Wisconsin, she has called Grand Junction home since 2003 and is honored to share her practice with the community.
In her classes, Linda offers a sacred space to pause, breathe, and realign the body, mind, and spirit. She invites students to return home to themselves with grace and presence.
