Her intention is to guide yoga that centers curiosity, expansion, play,
presence, healing, inclusion and mindfulness. After completing her yoga teacher training in 2014, she took her first job teaching gentle yoga at a women’s maternity house.
Since, she has traveled 9 countries and taught yoga in three continents- guiding classes in South London, in the mountains of Costa Rica at an eco-lodge and on the coast in Casablanca, Morocco at a yoga retreat center. She feels incredibly blessed for all that life has offered her, for all that God has provided through this practice and study of yoga.
Studying under Susanna Barkataki in 2019, she also intends to deliver
an authentic, culturally-conscious yoga class. Along with Yin, she also emphasizes prenatal, postpartum and mother-centered yoga and meditation sessions while also facilitating birth-prep breathwork classes .
A mother of two and wife, she cultivates spaces where moms can join together in community to reimagine motherhood through meditation as an act of gentle love, patience and self-insight that centers, supports and heals the mother. In 2021, she partnered with the well-awarded and well-recognized brand, Expectful, as a virtual guide.
Recently relocated in Grand Junction by way of Houston, she loves to connect, meet new people, get outdoors and explore new places, so do not hesitate to reach out.
