Cori Ward
Cori has been immersed in the practice of yoga for over 10 years, finding inspiration in its ability to nurture both physical strength and inner peace. Recently completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, she is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
In addition to yoga, Cori has been teaching group exercise classes, including barre and spin, for over six years. Her classes foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere where participants are encouraged to embrace body positivity and celebrate their unique strengths and abilities. She aims to help students shift from self-criticism to gratitude for their bodies and all they can achieve.
Cori’s yoga philosophy is deeply rooted in cherishing life’s unpredictability, emphasizing resilience, strength, and mindfulness. Whether in yoga or fitness classes, she hopes to create an environment where participants feel empowered to push their limits while embracing progress and process, no matter how big or small.
