Mariah Loveland

Mariah's journey into movement began with resilience. After a back injury at age eleven left her walking with a cane, she was told she'd never move freely again, but one physical therapist's belief that she could changed everything.

She found yoga in her twenties and discovered it wasn't just exercise; it was connection, healing, and joy. Over time, her curiosity led her into somatic and embodiment practices, where she learned to listen to her body and let emotions flow through movement.

Now, Mariah brings that same spirit of curiosity and play into every class she teaches, with mindful movement, breath, and playfulness, encouraging each person to meet themselves where they are. Her goal is to help others build a loving, trusting relationship with their bodies, to move not for perfection, but for presence, freedom, and fun.
