Olivia’s yoga journey began nine years ago when she was exploring new ways to remain physically active during college. She quickly fell in love with the practice, and found that yoga brings her to a more balanced, peaceful place both on and off the mat. Always curious, Olivia began exploring many different styles of yoga and completed a YogaFit Level 1 training through the American Council on Exercise in 2013. She began teaching shortly after, with a focus on offering accessible, inclusive classes. Since then, she's completed a 200 hour Wellness Yoga teacher training through the Cleveland Clinic and is currently working toward completing an advanced 500 hour teacher training through Circle Yoga Shala. Her classes offer a balanced flow, with a focus on alignment and breath awareness. Olivia's intention is to guide students to quiet the mind and connect with their bodies in a meaningful way.
Having recently relocated from Cleveland, Ohio, Olivia is enjoying all the beauty Colorado has to offer. She loves to ski, bike, and just get outside!
