Flor first began practicing yoga in 2011 at home due to stress and anxiety. As time passed, yoga became a necessary daily practice as she began to discover it's endless healing properties. In September 2017, she became a certified 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher, focusing on mind, body, and breath connection. Both yoga and meditation made a significant positive impact in her life and she wishes to share her knowledge with everyone around her. She strives to help others gain love and appreciation for their own body, to introduce the oneness of the mind, body, and soul, and to encourage self-awareness and self-growth.
